It's the first Sunday of May and we have another Coffee Run. Come along and join us for our tempo run and coffee after in Rhonwens Eyeries Bistro. Meet at 10am in Eyeries Village, at the pump.
So, if you feel like stepping it out for a leisurely run walk please join us on our new date. The run will be an ' out and back' route so we should all be home at the same time and cater for all paces.
Emphasis on participation from all ages and abilities and meeting up at the Bistro after.
